Goods are dispatched from Australia via Australia Post. We provide free shipping with all costs displayed during the checkout process along with any applicable local taxes for orders being delivered within Australia. For orders being delivered outside of Australia, taxes, duties and fees may be levied by your local authorities and are entirely the purchaser’s responsibility. At time of dispatch, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email including your tracking information. Our processing and dispatch process starts once your order and payment has been verified. Once the order is accepted and the stock is available, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Delivery is usually free or included in the purchase price. Where delivery may incur an additional charge, the total will be calculated and notified to you at time of purchase. If an order is to be delivered to you at an international address you may need to pay additional customs charges or duties to the relevant authority in addition to the purchase and shipping amounts for your goods to be released to you. Any such charges are your sole responsibility and we encourage you to familiarise yourself with any such customs duties as may apply to your delivery.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed via Australia Post. On average, orders within Australia are delivered in 13-20 business days. For international orders, we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of delays through customs, however delivery time varies according to country of destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange products in a number of different circumstances including if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Website Terms and Conditions for further details. If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products (unless the product does not comply with a statutory guarantee contained in the Australian Consumer Law). Please email your request to return your product to [email protected] and we will send an address for you to send your unopened product(s) to us. We must receive returned product(s) within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. PAMIMAMI reserves all rights to deny returns/exchanges at their discretion if the product/s in question are deemed unsuitable for resale. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PAMIMAMI. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Refunds for accepted returns will be processed once the return has been received and processed at the respective warehouse. Notifying us of your return prior will ensure we are watching out for your return so it can be processed as efficiently as possible. Refunds are processed back to the method of payment used when placing your original order. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks from processing depending on your financial institution. Once processed, you will receive an email notification.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing as we are limited in our ability to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes however please be aware this is not always possible.
